I remember how I was so heart broken when nothing I did made my hair look like baby curls. It was not until early this year, after being natural for about 8 months that I stumbled on a YouTuber with my hair texture (and few viewers and subscribers), she literally saved my hair from going back to being relaxed. It was from her that I learnt that I was a good "mother" to my baby (my hair lol). I understand what Jouelzy is saying but I laughed in some parts of the video because it's the world that we are in, the society has it's standard of what is pretty and everything else doesn't matter. Same thing goes with the light skin/dark skin feud smh. We all just have to love whatever we have.
